We Provide

 

• Private Bedroom (available either furnished--bed, bureau and bedside table--or unfurnished) including bedding, linen, housekeeping, and laundry services. All resident bedrooms at Good Shepherd Manor comply with current building codes, including evacuation standards. Inspection reports are available to all inquirers upon request.

• Nourishing home-cooked meals three (3) times a day with snacks available at all hours.

• 24-hour onsite licensed care-giving staff managed by Casey Thomas CNA, its Resident Manager. 

​​

• Basic utilities, including water, gas, electricity, and a house telephone are provided at Good Shepherd Manor’s sole expense. In-room cable TV.  Private phone service will be made available at the Resident’s sole expense.

• Entertainment and activities including movies, games, special events (e.g., birthday parties, holiday celebrations) newspapers, magazines, books, and television as appropriate for the Resident and staff capabilities.

• Good Shepherd Manor encourages visits from friends and family members at any time.

​​

• Personal care services as required for the health and safety of the Resident, including, but not limited to, bathing, hair care, grooming, shaving, and dressing.

​​

• Personal care items provided by the residence include shampoo, soap, deodorant, powder, cloth towels, toothpaste, mouth rinse, hand sanitizer and toilet paper.

​​​

• Non-medical care including monitoring the Resident’s condition and social activity.

​​

• Monitoring medication, charting and assisting Residents in use of prescribed medications. 

​​

• All staff will be completely trained in the performance of the tasks associated with resident care. They are qualified and willing to provide nurse delegated care as needed.
